“L’autunno è una seconda primavera dove ogni foglia è un fiore”, scriveva Camus.

Il giallo, l’arancione, il rosso fino al viola, alla fine dell’estate colorano la natura.
L’erba, i cespugli e gli alberi, si vestono di infinite sfumature che accendendosi sempre più fino a poi spegnersi, ci accompagnano all’inverno.

I pensieri e le parole di Henry David Thoreau hanno ispirato la Sosta e il Passaggio per l’equinozio d’autunno.
La natura nutre il nostro corpo con i suoi frutti e nutre anche la nostra anima con la bellezza dei colori che dona ai nostri occhi, in ogni stagione.

L’invito è quello di seguire il filosofo nel sentiero cromatico che lui disegna in “Colori d’autunno”, descrivendo la natura in questo momento particolare dell’anno, per placare la nostra fame di “bello”.
Se alziamo lo sguardo, possiamo percepire la bellezza dell’intero, della foresta, del bosco, e se acuiamo la vista possiamo captare i particolari, le foglie, i fiori prima di tornare di nuovo alla selva. Se ci accingiamo a guardare con curiosità l’insieme del bosco e ancora, insieme, a cercare i dettagli per ricomporli nel tutto, possiamo percepire l’armonia con cui la natura tiene unite utilità e bellezza per rispondere ai bisogni dell’uomo.
L’autore che guida l’avventura dello sguardo assicura che «vedrete – sicuramente tutto ciò, e molto altro ancora, se sarete pronti a vederlo, – se lo cercherete».

L’acero rosso

Il fogliame dell’acero rosso in genere comincia a maturare prima del venticinque di settembre. Già da una settimana, alcuni degli alberi più grandi stanno vistosamente mutando livrea, e certi esemplari hanno ormai acquisito una tinta davvero smagliante. Laggiù, a mezzo miglio di distanza ne noto uno un po’ più piccolo, in mezzo a un prato, stagliarsi contro lo sfondo verde del bosco: – è di un bel rosso, una tinta molto più vivace di quella che può assumere qualsiasi albero in estate, spiccando assai di più. Ho osservato quell’albero per diversi autunni di seguito; invariabilmente, muta colore prima degli altri suoi fratelli, proprio al modo in cui una pianta da frutto può maturare i suoi pomi prima di un’altra. Potrebbe addirittura essere preso a segnale d’inizio effettivo della stagione autunnale, credo.

Mi dispiacerebbe non poco, se mai dovesse venire abbattuto. So di due o tre di questi alberi, piantati in zone diverse della nostra città, le cui fronde sono soggette a mutamenti cromatici altrettanto precoci, e che perciò potrebbero forse servire a propagare la loro stirpe di araldi di settembre. Il loro seme potrebbe essere reclamizzato nei mercati, non diversamente da quello dei ravanelli, se solo ce ne prendessimo cura.

Al momento, trovo queste macchie ardenti principalmente lungo il bordo dei prati, a meno che non riesca a distinguerli di lontano, sparsi qui e là sulle pendici dei colli. Talora potrà capitarvi di vedere, in prossimità di un terreno paludoso, molti alberelli di questo genere dalle chiome già vivamente arrossate quando tutte le altre piante d’alto fusto mostrano ancora una verzura uniforme; ragion per cui il loro splendore chermisino risalta tanto più luminoso. Certi esemplari già completamente scarlatti, se scorti sullo sfondo di vicini del loro stesso genere che tuttora verdeggiano non tocchi da altre note di colore, […] s’imprimono nella memoria più d’interi boschetti delle medesime piante. Che magnificenza, quando un albero intero è fatto simile a un solo, grande frutto scarlatto colmo di dolci succhi ben stagionati, ogni singola foglia, dai rami più bassi agli sprocchi più alti, mutata in una sola vampa ardente, specialmente se la si guardi in modo che il solo l’accenda di luce! Quale più straordinario oggetto di ammirazione può offrirci il paesaggio? Visibile per miglia e miglia, è uno spettacolo troppo bello per essere vero.

Inizia a fare teatro nel 1987 e nel tempo lavora con Antonio Salines, Maurizio Scaparro, Carlo Emilio Lerici, Marco Messeri, Daniela Morozzi, Debora Caprioglio, Francesca Bianco, Emanuele Barresi, Ginpaolo Zennaro, Cathy Marchand e molti altri artisti interpretando ruoli di grandi autori come Goldoni, Molière, Shakespeare, T. Williams, Pirandello, Cechov, Eschilo, Ambrogi, Woody Allen e tanti altri.
Partecipa a film quali “La pazza gioia” di P. Virzi’, “Il diario di Matilde Manzoni” di L. Capolicchio, “La bella vita “ e “La prima cosa bella” di P. Virzi’, “Non c’è più niente da fare” di E. Barresi, “E poi venne il silenzio” di I. Braschi e recita nello sceneggiato Rai “Il Mastino” con Eros Pagni e Atina Cenci.
Tra le opere alle quali partecipa negli ultimi anni citiamo l’adattamento di “ Luci della Ribalta” di Charlie Chaplin per il quale ha ottenuto consensi dai detentori dei diritti prodotto dal Quirino di Roma e dalla Contrada di Trieste, “Il Martirio del Pastore” che nel luglio 2016 ha ottenuto il Patrocinio del Pontificio Consiglio della Cultura e ed è stato rappresentato al festival del Dramma Popolare di San Miniato per la regia di Maurizio Scaparro con Antonio Salines ed Edoardo Siravo.
